New Generation Flexiwork is developed for manufacturers who need higher production stability, jumbo roll flexibility, easier operation, and improved product quality in crossfold wet wipe production.
The machine is designed to work directly with jumbo rolls and can slit the material inline before folding. The roll unit is positioned in the machine flow direction instead of being placed at a 90° angle, creating a more integrated and compact production layout. The machine also includes two pneumatic roll shafts, servo-driven center unwinding, a zero-speed splice unit, and an accumulator group for more continuous production.
With edge control before and after slitting, a simplified folding and mold structure, linear servo double stacking, continuous press belt, improved roller design, and controlled vacuum release, New Generation Flexiwork is built to support smoother, cleaner, and more stable crossfold wet wipe production.

New Generation Flexiwork includes several design improvements to increase product transfer stability at high speeds.
The roller diameter is reduced to lower linear speed and help prevent the product from scattering due to centrifugal effect at high RPM. A Delrin sleeve is used on the roller to reduce surface friction and help prevent wet products from sticking.
The vacuum inlet is moved to the rear side of the roller, removing front-side hoses and connections for a cleaner machine appearance. A rotary vacuum block applies vacuum only in the required angular zone, allowing controlled holding and release of the product.
